Guides / Guide 5
Professionalism and safety
You represent a brand in public. These basics keep you professional and safe.
Look the part
Follow the dress code in the brief exactly. Wear comfortable shoes you can stand in for hours. Keep any brand clothing clean and on for the whole shift.
Phones and breaks
Keep your phone away while you are working the area, except to check in, take requested photos or contact your lead. Take breaks when your contact says.
Weather and long shifts
Bring water, sun protection or warm layers as the brief allows. Tell your contact early if heat or cold is becoming a problem.
Difficult situations
Stay calm and polite. Do not argue. If someone makes you uncomfortable or a situation feels unsafe, step away and contact your on-site lead or the agency right away. Your safety comes first.
