Check-in and event recaps
Check-in shows you were there on time. The recap shows what happened. Both are how agencies and brands know a shift went well.
Check in on time
Check in when you arrive, the way your brief asks. In the Air Fresh talent portal you check in at the start of your shift, so do it as soon as you get there.
What a good recap includes
How many people you talked to and how many samples or materials you handed out, as a careful estimate. Two or three things people said, in their words. What worked, and what you would change. Photos if the brief asks for them.
Be accurate
A recap is only useful if it is honest. Do not round up. If something went wrong, say what happened and what you did about it.
Send it the same day
Submit your recap right after the shift while details are fresh. In the Air Fresh talent portal you submit it after you finish the shift.
